1. Develop and present merchandising strategies for the region to Paris HQ and markets.
2. Define the product mix for each market within the Men's Shoes & Accessories category.
3. Prepare seasonal open-to-buy plans in collaboration with the Supply Chain department.
4. Attend seasonal buying sessions in Paris to ensure appropriate merchandise assortment and quantities.
5. Align sales forecasts on seasonal and permanent products with the Supply Chain department.
6. Coordinate category-related issues between Paris HQ, countries, and boutiques.
7. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development.
8. Manage product lifecycle from buying to delivery, optimizing inventory levels.
9. Analyze sales performance and propose action plans based on insights.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Visual Merchandising and PR, to enhance product launches and brand image.
11. Organize and conduct product training sessions for boutique networks.

1. University graduate in a related discipline.
2. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in luxury goods merchandising.

1. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of strategy-driven decision-making.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Strong people management and training coaching skills.
4. Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury goods and service-related industry.

University graduate in a related discipline.
