Christian Dior Merchandiser

- Prepare weekly sales and category sell-through reports for business review and stock analysis to identify risks and opportunities for sales optimization.
- Participate in seasonal buying for Mens Universe, Fine Jewelry, and Timepieces, providing qualitative feedback to the Regional Merchandising team to formulate an optimal assortment.
- Prepare seasonal product mapping, monthly sales forecasting and planning, implement product strategy, and track the performance of each collection.
- Conduct proactive store visits to exchange qualitative feedback with the Retail team, obtain client feedback, and monitor product plan executions.
- Prepare monthly competitor reports on products, price comparisons, and key activities.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product launches, store re-merchandising, and end-of-season sale control.
- Liaise with the Retail team on stock requests, after-sales inquiries, and internal stock transfers.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to conduct training for seasonal collections.
- Support Retail Operations and Client Marketing teams in merchandising coordination, sales, and stock planning for retail activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills for sales and stock analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Ability to manage product categories and implement strategies.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry is required.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for a balance between remote and in-office work.
