Responsibilities
- Manage the department’s sales performance and service standards.
- Maximize sales and minimize wastage of resources through effective use of space and stock.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed effectively using promotional material.
- Lead client recruitment and develop client loyalty through CRM activities.
- Achieve department capture rate and mystery result targets.
- Handle customer situations effectively.
- Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to the team.
- Maintain full knowledge of back office functions and department analysis.
- Ensure correct basic stock levels and timely replenishment of popular items.
- Control stock loss within store budget and implement stock audits.
- Adhere to company security procedures related to theft and pilferage.
- Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and identify development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively to develop a stable team and succession plan.
- Conduct morning briefings and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous management retail experience, ideally in luxury goods.
- Expertise in menswear.
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding sense of customer service.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Job Benefits
