Christian Dior Menswear Department Manager

- Manage the department's sales performance and uphold service standards.
- Maximize sales and minimize resource wastage through effective space and stock utilization.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed effectively, utilizing promotional materials to reflect current demand.
- Lead client recruitment and foster client loyalty through CRM activities.
- Achieve department capture rate and mystery shopping result targets.
- Handle customer situations with professionalism.
- Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to the team.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of back-office functions and department analysis, including CRM, client recruitment, P&L, store activities, stock control, reports, and VM rules.
- Ensure correct basic stock levels and provide feedback for timely replenishment of popular lines.
- Control stock loss within store budget and conduct effective stock audits.
- Adhere to company security procedures regarding theft and pilferage, reporting suspected shoplifters to Loss Prevention officers.
- Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and identify development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively to develop a stable team and succession plan.
- Conduct morning briefings and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
- Network with Dior management to share best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures for both staff and customers.
- Previous management retail experience, ideally in luxury goods
- Expertise in menswear
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
