1. Manage the department’s sales performance and service standards.
2. Maximize sales and minimize wastage of resources through effective use of space and stock.
3. Ensure merchandise is displayed effectively using promotional material.
4. Lead client recruitment and develop client loyalty through CRM activities.
5. Achieve department capture rate and mystery result targets.
6. Handle customer situations effectively.
7. Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to the team.
8. Maintain full knowledge of back office functions and department analysis.
9. Ensure correct basic stock levels and timely replenishment of popular items.
10. Control stock loss within store budget and implement stock audits.
11. Adhere to company security procedures related to theft and pilferage.
12. Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
13. Oversee employee performance appraisals and identify development opportunities.
14. Communicate effectively to develop a stable team and succession plan.
15. Conduct morning briefings and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
16. Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.

1. Previous management retail experience, ideally in luxury goods.
2. Expertise in menswear.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding sense of customer service.
3. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
4. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
5. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with a shift pattern.
