1. Maximize sales targets and ensure maximum profitability for the department.
2. Develop and lead the team through continuous training, evaluation, and coaching.
3. Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, recruit new clients, and foster client loyalty through CRM initiatives.
4. Ensure customers receive the highest standards of service, aligned with brand expectations.
5. Provide reports and analysis for the Menswear Department, including merchandising, stock control, and department activities.
6. Adhere to the company's charter and prevailing codes and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail management.
2. Expertise in Menswear is mandatory.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service acumen, initiative, and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
4. Ability to demonstrate own initiative.
5. Capacity to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Fluency in Swedish and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail management, with a specific focus on Menswear.
