1. Monitor and manage media budget by country and action.
2. Process invoices and allocate them by product across all media.
3. Calculate and request re-billing for technical and social media expenses to subsidiaries.
4. Serve as a liaison between accounting and various stakeholders, including agencies and subsidiaries.
5. Verify quotes, invoices against quotes, and supporting invoices.
6. Review financial documents received from LVMH by country.
7. Check LVMH rates.
8. Assist in the administrative follow-up of the media department.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management (equivalent to BAC +5).
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar media management or financial role.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management (equivalent to BAC +5).
