1. Assist with day-to-day media execution across online and offline channels.
2. Support the launch of paid social campaigns, coordinating with headquarters, local teams, and agencies to meet brand objectives.
3. Ensure smooth operation of owned social platforms such as KAKAO and LINE, including planning posting calendars and special activations.
4. Coordinate with local markets for outdoor launch and post-buy reports.
5. Handle advertising material requisition and production with agencies and headquarters.
6. Compile reports across the Asia Pacific region and deliver insights.
7. Manage color proofing of advertising materials.
8. Oversee the office magazine library.
9. Handle finance processes related to media expenses.

1. University graduate in a related discipline.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a media agency or luxury retail business preferred.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Detail-oriented, target-driven, flexible, and a team player with a positive attitude.
4. Passion for luxury fashion and a good sense of industry trends.

Minimum 5 years of experience required.

University graduate in a related discipline.
