1. Provide a range of luxury spa treatments to the highest standards in accordance with spa procedures and protocols.
2. Offer bespoke recommendations and advice on skincare treatments and products.
3. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
4. Adhere to the spa’s operating procedures.
5. Greet guests and explain the spa experience process.
6. Perform massage treatments.
7. Review and update guest profile forms, customizing massage treatments to address guest needs and contraindications.
8. Ensure treatment rooms are kept clean and orderly.
9. Clean and sterilize tools and equipment.
10. Possess thorough knowledge of spa menu and products to assist guests with information and recommendations.
11. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information.
12. Ensure products and supplies are used appropriately and adequately stocked.
13. Monitor spa equipment and notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
14. Ensure back-of-house areas are well organized.
15. Communicate operational needs to management and report any occurrences involving staff or clients that require attention.
16. Monitor stock levels and report issues to management to ensure sufficient stock.
17. Conduct assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. NYS Massage Therapy License preferred
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a massage therapist in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand

Minimum 3 years of experience as a massage therapist in a luxury setting or with a luxury skincare brand.

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus variable incentive eligibility, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
