1. Provide a range of luxury spa treatments to the highest standards, adhering to spa procedures and protocols.
2. Offer bespoke recommendations and advice on skincare treatments and products.
3. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
4. Greet guests and explain the spa experience process.
5. Review and update guest profile forms, customizing treatments to address guest needs and contraindications.
6. Ensure treatment rooms are orderly and supplies are adequately stocked.
7. Communicate operational needs and occurrences to management.
8. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. Dual license preferred (NYS Esthetics License and NYS Massage Therapy License).
2. Minimum of three years' experience in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand.

1. Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards.
2. Mastery of facial and massage techniques.
3. Knowledge of high-tech treatment devices is advantageous.
4. Attention to detail and empathy.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

A minimum of three years' experience working as a massage therapist or esthetician in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand is required.

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour, plus variable incentive eligibility.
