1. Coordinate with Boutique Clienteling Relays and Headquarters to define local event proposals.
2. Prepare and update the Marketing Calendar with event planning for Southern Europe.
3. Collaborate with merchandising, training, visual merchandising, and press office for event organization and communication.
4. Monitor budget and ROI for each event.
5. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers for dedicated client activities and special gifts.
6. Track budget and ROI for each client treatment.
7. Update KPIs monthly for CRM activity optimization.

1. University degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, or related field.
2. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software knowledge.
