Christian Dior Manufacturing Engineer (Apprenticeship)

Parfums Christian Dior is the luxury fragrance and cosmetics division of the Christian Dior Maison and forms part of the LVMH group. 1. Integrate into the Fabrication (Manufacturing) department and report to the Head of Fabrication as part of a 15-person team.
2. Support the deployment of a new manufacturing process at the site, from validation to operational rollout.
3. Analyze and optimise manufacturing processes to increase reliability and industrial performance.
4. Document and structure existing know‑how by drafting clear, actionable procedures and work instructions.
5. Implement initiatives to reduce material losses and optimise consumption of semi‑finished goods, minimising environmental impact.
6. Actively contribute to the roll‑out of the LEAN continuous‑improvement programme and identify performance levers.
7. Train and accompany production teams to adopt new processes and ensure knowledge transfer.

1. Enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 engineering programme in chemical, cosmetic or food engineering (in progress).
2. Demonstrable rigor, methodical approach and strong organisational skills.
3. Analytical mindset with curiosity and proactivity to identify and formalise improvement solutions.
4. Pedagogical aptitude and good interpersonal skills to coach and collaborate with production teams.
5. Autonomy, initiative and a results‑oriented attitude with sensitivity to industrial performance and quality standards.

Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for students with little or no prior professional experience; the role is designed for an apprentice currently enrolled in a relevant engineering programme.

Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master’s‑level) engineering studies in chemical engineering, cosmetics engineering or food engineering (in progress).
