1. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment at the logistics sites in Blois.
2. Guarantee the optimal functioning of technical installations and equipment.
3. Install, adjust, and upgrade equipment as necessary.
4. Diagnose malfunctions, clean, repair, or replace defective components.
5. Maintain the availability of materials and conveyors.
6. Analyze frequent breakdowns to propose sustainable solutions and manage spare parts inventory.
7. Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance plans.
8. Stay updated on existing equipment solutions to remain at the forefront.
9. Coordinate emergency or maintenance interventions, including basic welding.
10. Draft technical intervention sheets and update the maintenance management system.
11. Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
12. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
13. Maintain premises, furniture, and manage the vehicle fleet and handling equipment.
14. Support technical problem-solving and infrastructure issues.
15. Participate in compliance and safety audits of building infrastructures.
16. Propose solutions to improve organization or work methods.
17. Train service users and support operational teams.
18. Demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and availability during crises.
19. Oversee external contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
20. Contribute to the development of prevention plans with the safety department.
21. Prepare comparative quotes to recommend the best quality/price offers.
22. Engage in cross-departmental projects to share technical expertise.

1. Bachelor's degree in Maintenance or equivalent (Bac+2).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a distribution platform, industrial company, or multi-site organization.

1. Knowledge in mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
2. Proficiency in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
3. Electrical certification minimum H1B1 / Maneuver / BR.
4. Aerial platform training preferred.
5. Knowledge of TIG welding.
6. Familiarity with photovoltaic systems.
7. Methodical with strong analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solution-oriented.
9. Performance-driven with a strong service mindset.
10. Teamwork and dialogue skills.
11. Environmental and safety awareness.
12. Proactive approach.
13. Technical reading ability in English recommended.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance within a distribution platform, industrial company, or multi-site organization is required.

Bachelor's degree in Maintenance or equivalent (Bac+2).
