1. Oversee maintenance of buildings and technical installations across boutiques in Central and Eastern Europe.
2. Ensure compliance and application of maintenance and cleanliness service contracts.
3. Define and implement service contracts for continuous improvement of services.
4. Monitor preventive maintenance plans and update technical installation diagrams.
5. Coordinate maintenance programs with service providers and ensure implementation.
6. Guarantee quality service to occupants and clientele.
7. Participate in developing maintenance investment plans and drafting specifications.
8. Coordinate space distribution, layout, renovation, and removal.
9. Engage in technical meetings with landlords and maintain technical liaison.
10. Manage budget development and expenditure control for maintenance activities.

1. Several years of experience in maintenance management or a similar field.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong organizational and autonomous working capabilities.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

A minimum of three years in a similar role is required.
