Christian Dior Product Revalorization Manager

- Define and implement the product revalorization strategy in alignment with the brand's circularity ambitions.
- Manage the operational team responsible for upstream and downstream product flows, including returns from boutiques and end-of-life product storage.
- Oversee the global performance of revalorization activities.
- Lead the international community of regional revalorization representatives.
- Manage relationships with external revalorization service providers.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in team management and material revalorization.
- Strong knowledge of logistics flows, including transportation and warehousing.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Leadership and managerial skills with the ability to animate teams and work transversally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze data and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- In-depth understanding of revalorization channels and end-of-life product regulations.
- Experience in operational performance management and administrative logistics.
Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields, including team leadership and logistics.
