1. Support the roll-out of SAP and Regional Distribution Centre projects.
2. Plan and schedule logistics for outbound deliveries from the Regional Distribution Centre to APAC markets.
3. Maintain and configure master data in SAP for accurate order creation and scheduling.
4. Monitor inbound shipments from the Central Distribution Centre in France.
5. Manage SAP parameters to automate replenishment and new season launch orders.
6. Coordinate logistics between Supply Chain, RDC, and APAC markets for stock rebalancing and cross-dock shipments.
7. Coordinate shipment arrangements with RDC and forwarders.
8. Apply for CITES permits for Hong Kong exports and coordinate with receiving countries for necessary import permits.
9. Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects.

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or logistics industry.

1. Proficiency in SAP.
2. Experience in handling licenses and CITES permits.
3. Organizational and detail-oriented skills.
4. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work under multi-tasking environments and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
7. Experience in cross-functional projects is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or logistics industry, with exposure to the Asia Pacific region being advantageous.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
