1. Ensure accurate stock management across production sites and maintain precise accounting data, adhering to company procedures.
2. Oversee the flow of materials and finished goods between production sites and warehouses, coordinating transportation and delivery logistics.
3. Monitor logistics KPIs, including delivery accuracy and lead times, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
4. Conduct rotational inventory tasks to ensure the physical and accounting accuracy of warehouse stock.
5. Manage the withdrawal, storage, preparation, and shipment of finished products according to customer specifications.
6. Track and report logistics performance metrics, including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and transportation efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics management, preferably within manufacturing or production environments.

1. Demonstrated proficiency in leadership.
2. Strong understanding of logistics processes, including inventory management, distribution, and transportation.
3. Experience in implementing and optimizing logistics systems and processes across multiple sites.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex logistical challenges.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in logistics software and tools, including ERP and WMS systems.
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for business operations.
8. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher); French knowledge is a plus.
9. Advanced Excel knowledge.

A minimum of 10 years in logistics management, with a focus on manufacturing or production environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
