- Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of electronic files for all foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance with the Customs Law.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of files for legally established periods.
- Conduct periodic reviews of files to identify and rectify potential errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
- Assist in the transmission of documents required by the Customs Law for the Electronic Value Manifestation.
- Verify that all documents are correct, complete, and meet legal requirements before transmitting the Electronic Value Manifestation.
- Review and complete daily layouts with information for the Carta Porte for shipment dispatch.
- Update the database used for Carta Porte preparation.
- Perform preliminary verifications of letters and other documents sent by the customs agent to identify potential errors or omissions before sending them for the Legal Representative's signature.
- Create and update the "Contents of Shipment" file weekly for shipment tracking.
- Support and perform other tasks and activities related to the area as assigned.
- Active university student with one year or less to complete a degree, preferably in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, searches, database management).
- Basic knowledge of foreign trade and customs regulations (desirable).
- Familiarity with digital files and legal documentation.
- Analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Organization and information management skills.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and document management systems.
- Proactivity and initiative.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Responsibility and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the field of foreign trade.
Beginner level experience is required.
Active university student with one year or less to complete a degree.
