- Act as the primary liaison with third-party reverse logistics vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
- Monitor warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, reticketing, and dispatch, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with vendors to monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of warehouse operations.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics processes from international inbound shipments to final delivery to boutiques and outbound for re-exports.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to minimize costs and transit times while maintaining service levels.
- Monitor inventory movements at the warehouse to ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate logistics for new boutique setups, product launches, promotions, events, sales, seasonal campaigns, and pop-ups.
- Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to boutiques across Australia and New Zealand.
- Address logistics-related queries or issues from boutiques promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with boutique managers and back-of-house teams to provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Logistics Executive, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance, including costs, delivery times, and inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to costing, budgeting, and forecasting for logistics operations.
- Prepare SOPs and procedure manuals for internal and external use.
- Ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations, import/export requirements, and transportation laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of international freight, customs clearance, and domestic distribution within Australia and New Zealand.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, consistency, reliability, and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Minimum of 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
