1. Act as the primary liaison with third-party reverse logistics vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
2. Monitor warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, reticketing, and dispatch, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
3. Collaborate with vendors to monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of warehouse operations.
5. Oversee end-to-end logistics processes from international inbound shipments to final delivery to boutiques and outbound for re-exports.
6. Optimize transportation routes and methods to minimize costs and transit times while maintaining service levels.
7. Monitor inventory movements at the warehouse to ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
8. Coordinate logistics for new boutique setups, product launches, promotions, events, sales, seasonal campaigns, and pop-ups.
9. Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
10. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to boutiques across Australia and New Zealand.
11. Address logistics-related queries or issues from boutiques promptly and effectively.
12. Work closely with boutique managers and back-of-house teams to provide tailored logistics solutions.
13. Manage, mentor, and develop the Logistics Executive, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
14. Generate regular reports on logistics performance, including costs, delivery times, and inventory accuracy.
15. Contribute to costing, budgeting, and forecasting for logistics operations.
16. Prepare SOPs and procedure manuals for internal and external use.
17. Ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations, import/export requirements, and transportation laws.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Proven experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse operations.
4. Strong understanding of international freight, customs clearance, and domestic distribution within Australia and New Zealand.

Minimum of 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
