- Support the Logistics and Sales Administration team in daily distribution operations to global boutiques, managing product logistics flows.
- Monitor transport providers and manage finished product stock in warehouses.
- Oversee sales to personnel and buybacks of finished products from markets.
- Ensure timely product availability in Christian Dior Couture boutiques.
- Manage order flow to stores, including data entry and control in the ERP system.
- Update and create tracking tables and KPIs.
- Participate in problem analysis and propose continuous improvement solutions.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes.
- Monitor transport flows to regions and pre-alerts.
- Follow up on buyback execution for Jewelry and Watches, including market follow-ups and warehouse returns.
- Verify proformas and BIN transfers for compliance.
- Edit and send EXCNs and manage logistical disputes.
- Support annual sales execution between business units and central warehouse.
- Integrate files into the ERP and collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and finance.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconcile results with ERP data.
- Update databases for boutiques using M3 and SAP, ensuring accuracy in correspondence tables and USR verification.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/4) in Business School or University with a specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, PowerBI).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (M3/SAP) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English for professional communication.
- Team-oriented, proactive, curious, and analytical mindset.
Entry-level experience in logistics or sales administration within an industrial or retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
