Christian Dior Logistics Assistant - Jewelry and Watches Internship

1. Support the Supply Chain team in daily logistics operations for global distribution.
2. Manage logistics flows, including transport provider coordination and stock management.
3. Control and input data into the ERP system.
4. Update and create tracking tables and KPIs.
5. Analyze identified issues and propose continuous improvement solutions.
6. Participate in the development and optimization of internal processes.
7. Monitor transport flows to different regions and provide pre-alerts.
8. Oversee the execution of buybacks for jewelry and watches.
9. Follow up with global markets on buyback requests and manage returns to warehouses.
10. Verify and ensure the conformity of proformas and BIN transfers.
11. Edit and send EXCNs and handle various logistical disputes.
12. Support the execution of the annual sale between the business unit and the central warehouse.
13. Integrate files into the ERP and collaborate with internal departments like marketing and finance.
14. Participate in inventory counts and reconcile results with ERP data.
15. Update databases for boutiques using M3 and SAP.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/4) in Business School or University with a specialization in logistics or supply chain.

1. Team spirit, proactive, curious, and analytical.
2. Comfortable with information systems and data handling (Excel, PowerBI).
3. Knowledge of ERP systems (M3/SAP) is a plus.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.

Entry-level experience in logistics or sales administration within an industrial or retail environment.

Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/4) in Business School or University with a specialization in logistics or supply chain.
