1. Manage high jewelry flow, including proforma creation and ATA/CPD carnet preparation.
2. Prepare and dispatch high jewelry shipments.
3. Communicate AWB details to relevant zones.
4. Handle press, marketing, and product environment requests for jewelry shoots.
5. Manage product environment stock related to high jewelry.
6. Support team during roadshows and rotations.
7. Organize and manage small and medium jewelry flows between production and central stock.
8. Coordinate and track jewelry sets.
9. Handle daily urgencies and permanent consignments.
10. Assist with import/export customs documentation.
11. Prepare packages and track shipments.
12. Resolve disputes and necessary adjustments.
13. Maintain daily relations with logistics providers.
14. Support logistics service in event organization.
15. Participate in events as a runner.
16. Participate in inventory counts.
17. Implement performance indicators.
18. Optimize ERP usage guides.
19. Update operational procedures.

1. Education in Logistics or Supply Chain (Bac +5, second gap year).
2. First experience in logistics or import/export.

Entry-level experience required.
