Christian Dior Legal Manager, IT-Digital-Data

- Collaborate with the Legal Business Affairs team to provide pragmatic legal solutions.
- Lead the IT, Digital, and Data division, managing a specialized legal professional.
- Negotiate and draft contracts related to IT, digital, and data matters.
- Oversee IT-related legal issues including software, hardware, cloud computing, and telecommunications.
- Address digital and e-commerce legalities, including media, advertising, and customer relations.
- Ensure data governance and protection in collaboration with the DPO and cybersecurity team.
- Drive AI governance initiatives and contribute to legal digitalization efforts.
- Manage and prevent legal disputes and litigations.
- Conduct training and raise awareness on legal matters within the organization.
- Standardize legal documents and manage relationships with external legal counsel.
- Master's degree in Law, specializing in New Technologies Law or equivalent.
- Successful completion of the CAPA (Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a legal professional or attorney.
- Proven experience in management or demonstrated ability to lead and train teams.
- Expertise in privacy regulations (GDPR and regional laws) and consumer law.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in IT tools and artificial intelligence applications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in legal roles, with a successful track record in management or team leadership.
Master's degree in Law, specializing in New Technologies Law or equivalent.
