Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the Legal Business Affairs team and the broader legal department.
- Provide pragmatic solutions to daily legal inquiries.
- Manage IT, Digital, and Data legal matters, including IT procurement, software and hardware contracts, cloud computing, and consulting.
- Oversee digital and e-commerce legal issues, including media, advertising, and customer relations.
- Handle data governance, analytics, and data protection in collaboration with the DPO and cybersecurity teams.
- Manage and mentor an IT, Digital, Data legal specialist.
- Lead inter-zone community discussions on IT, Digital, and Data topics.
- Negotiate and draft contracts.
- Manage and prevent legal disputes.
- Train and raise awareness among teams on legal issues.
- Participate in the digitalization of legal activities and standardization of documents.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
Qualifications
- Master 2 in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
- 8 years of experience as a lawyer or legal advisor.
- Successful management experience or ability to train and mentor with engagement.
Skills
- Expertise in privacy regulations (GDPR and regional regulations) and consumer law.
- Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong IT and AI tool proficiency.
- Curiosity, proactivity, organization, and pedagogical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Knowledge of the luxury sector is a plus.
Experience Requirements
8 years of experience as a lawyer or legal advisor, with a successful management experience or ability to train and mentor.
Education Requirements
Master 2 in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
