1. Collaborate with other legal professionals within the Legal Business Affairs team and the broader legal department.
2. Provide pragmatic solutions to daily legal inquiries.
3. Manage IT, Digital, and Data legal matters, including IT procurement, software and hardware contracts, cloud computing, and consulting.
4. Oversee digital and e-commerce legal issues, including media, advertising, and customer relations.
5. Handle data governance, analytics, and data protection in collaboration with the DPO and cybersecurity teams.
6. Manage and mentor an IT, Digital, Data legal specialist.
7. Lead inter-zone community discussions on IT, Digital, and Data topics.
8. Negotiate and draft contracts.
9. Manage and prevent legal disputes.
10. Train and raise awareness among teams on legal issues.
11. Participate in the digitalization of legal activities and standardization of documents.
12. Manage relationships with external legal counsel.

1. Master 2 in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
2. 8 years of experience as a lawyer or legal advisor.
3. Successful management experience or ability to train and mentor with engagement.

1. Expertise in privacy regulations (GDPR and regional regulations) and consumer law.
2. Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
3. Strong IT and AI tool proficiency.
4. Curiosity, proactivity, organization, and pedagogical skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
7. Knowledge of the luxury sector is a plus.

8 years of experience as a lawyer or legal advisor, with a successful management experience or ability to train and mentor.

Master 2 in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
