Christian Dior Legal Manager, IT-Digital-Data

- Serve as a business partner, collaborating with the Legal Business Affairs team and other legal divisions.
- Provide pragmatic solutions to daily legal inquiries and adapt communication to various stakeholders.
- Lead IT, Digital, and Data legal matters, including IT procurement, software and hardware contracts, cloud computing, and telecommunications.
- Oversee digital and e-commerce legal aspects, including media, advertising, and customer relations.
- Manage data governance, analytics, and data protection in collaboration with the DPO and cybersecurity teams.
- Supervise an IT, Digital, and Data legal specialist and lead an inter-zone community on related topics.
- Drive AI governance initiatives in coordination with the group, DPO, and data teams.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, manage and prevent disputes.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for teams.
- Contribute to the digitalization and standardization of legal activities and documents.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
- Master's degree in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a legal counsel or lawyer with a successful management track record.
- Expertise in privacy regulations (GDPR and regional laws) and consumer law.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in IT and AI tools.
- Strong curiosity, proactivity, organizational skills, and pedagogical ability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Knowledge of the luxury sector is advantageous.
A minimum of 8 years in legal roles, with proven management experience and capability to mentor and train with commitment and clarity.
Master's degree in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
