1. Assist in legal support for various projects including partnerships, collaborations, events, services, IT, digital, distribution, purchasing, and sales.
2. Draft, adapt, and disseminate general terms and conditions, standard contracts, and ad hoc agreements.
3. Participate in pre-litigation or commercial litigation matters.
4. Provide legal advice on issues related to consumer law, distribution, competition, IT/Digital, and privacy.

1. Holder of a Master 2 in Business Law/DJCE/European Business Law, ideally with CRFPA.
2. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases.
2. Demonstrates reactivity, rigor, curiosity, agility, and teamwork.
3. Respect for confidentiality is essential.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master 2 in Business Law/DJCE/European Business Law, ideally with CRFPA.
