1. Assist legal professionals in the Business Legal Affairs department.
2. Provide legal support for various projects including partnerships, collaborations, events, services, IT, digital, distribution, purchasing, and sales.
3. Draft, adapt, and disseminate general terms and conditions, standard contracts, and ad hoc contracts.
4. Handle pre-litigation or commercial litigation matters.
5. Advise on consumer, distribution, competition, IT/Digital, and privacy issues.

1. Holder of a Master 2 in Business Law/DJCE/European Business Law, ideally with CRFPA.
2. Fluent in English; other languages are welcome.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases.
2. Qualities such as responsiveness, rigor, curiosity, agility, and teamwork.
3. Respect for confidentiality.

Beginner

Master 2 in Business Law/DJCE/European Business Law, ideally with CRFPA.
