Christian Dior Legal Intern — Contracts, Distribution & Competition

- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and amendments in French and English (NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, general terms of purchase/sale, distribution agreements, etc.).
- Prepare legal recommendations, memos and contractual documentation to support French and international operational teams across purchases, sales, retail and finance.
- Support monitoring and legal follow-up of distributors’ collective insolvency procedures in coordination with operational stakeholders and external counsel.
- Assist with actions to combat parallel trade and protect the selective distribution network and luxury brand image.
- Conduct substantive legal research, draft notes and perform continuous legal watch on legislative and jurisprudential developments affecting business activities.
- Currently enrolled in third-cycle studies in business law (Master 2, LLM or equivalent) with a strong command of contract law and economic law.
- Previous internships or alternance totalling approximately 1–2 years in an in-house legal department and/or law firm, preferably with exposure to contract law, distribution law and/or competition law.
- Fluent written and spoken English — mandatory; ability to draft professionally in both English and French.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical rigour and synthesis skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management capability and ethical integrity.
