1. Assist legal professionals in the EMEA region with diverse legal projects across various languages and locations, including events, services, logistics, and consumer transactions.
2. Draft, adapt, and disseminate legal documentation such as general terms and conditions, standard contracts, and correspondence.
3. Support compliance initiatives within the EMEA region.
4. Manage and monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases related to commercial and consumer law.
5. Provide daily legal advice and support to operational teams in areas such as consumer law, distribution, and competition.
6. Conduct regulatory monitoring and updates for the EMEA region.

1. Holder of a Master's degree in Business Law, DJCE, or European Business Law, ideally with CRFPA certification.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
2. Expertise in Microsoft Office and legal databases.
3. Attributes of responsiveness, diligence, curiosity, adaptability, and teamwork.
4. Respect for confidentiality in all assigned tasks.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in Business Law or related field.
