Responsibilities
- Participate in the monitoring and management of prototypes throughout their lifecycle.
- Assist in the launch and development of collections.
- Ensure the traceability of each prototype.
- Manage and track the movement of prototypes.
- Coordinate product inventories following purchase sessions.
- Serve as the primary contact for prototype requests.
- Assist in communicating product availability.
- Follow up on Press/VIP/Digital orders.
- Support the management of various product shootings, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Student status
- First experience in the fashion/luxury industry
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of the luxury market and accessories
Skills
- Positive communication and relational intelligence
- Attention to detail, rigor, and agility
- Dynamism, reactivity, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- English proficiency, Italian is a plus
