1. Assist in the operational management of prototypes throughout their lifecycle, from showroom to archiving.
2. Ensure the traceability of each prototype and manage their logistics.
3. Coordinate product inventories following purchasing sessions.
4. Serve as the primary contact for prototype requests and manage product availability communication.
5. Support the coordination of product shootings, ensuring deadlines are met.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
2. Previous experience in the fashion or luxury sector.

1. Product sensitivity and knowledge of the luxury market and accessories.
2. Positive communication and interpersonal intelligence.
3. Attention to detail, agility, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
6. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

Entry-level experience in the fashion or luxury industry is required.

Current student in a relevant field.
