1. Serve as an ambassador for the Dior Learning Lab, welcoming and assisting both internal and external participants.
2. Support trainers by ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions, including IT setup, space arrangement, and equipment provision.
3. Maintain the organization and functionality of training spaces.
4. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and promotional materials.
5. Order snacks and beverages as needed for the Learning Lab.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to training sessions, including meal orders and attendance tracking.
7. Update the Learning presentation on the welcome screen.
8. Manage projects in alignment with departmental updates.

1. Organized, meticulous, and curious with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work autonomously.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Project management and coordination skills.
3. Effective communication abilities.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
