Learning Lab Assistant Coordinator Intern

1. Serve as an ambassador for the Dior Learning Lab, welcoming employees and external guests.
2. Assist trainers to ensure smooth execution of training sessions, including IT support and space arrangement.
3. Maintain the organization of training spaces.
4. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and promotional items.
5. Order snacks and beverages as needed.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to training sessions, such as meal orders and attendance tracking.
7. Update the Learning presentation displayed on the welcome screen.
8. Manage projects based on department updates.

1. Organized, meticulous, curious, and autonomous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
