1. Oversee the conception, development, and industrialization of AI-oriented projects within the AI Factory.
2. Assess the potential and validity of AI approaches on business use cases.
3. Design and implement efficient modeling approaches to meet business objectives.
4. Maintain best practices including code reviews, clean code, and comprehensive documentation.
5. Ensure collaboration between IT teams and the AI Factory for AI project industrialization.
6. Measure the impact and return on investment of implemented solutions.
7. Lead technology watch sessions with Data Scientists.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in delivering AI and Data projects.
2. Proven experience in industrializing AI projects and monitoring their impact.
3. Advanced understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts.
4. Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL.
5. Experience with Cloud computing and Git workflows.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience with Retail, Supply Chain, or Marketing use cases is appreciated.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Fluency in French and English.
