1. Perform necessary preparation for various dishes offered.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure impeccable service according to restaurant procedures.
4. Participate in the creation of dishes based on instructions from superiors.
5. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
7. Ensure sorting and disposal of waste.
8. Store goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
9. Inform superiors of any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks for clients or colleagues.

1. First experience in a luxury establishment as a Kitchen Assistant or Cook.
