1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for culinary products.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to restaurant rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in the sorting and disposal of waste.
8. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or risk of accidents involving clients or colleagues.
9. Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Kitchen Assistant or Cook.
