Kitchen Assistant

1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for products.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to restaurant rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in sorting and disposal of waste.
8. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to clients or colleagues.
9. Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety rules.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Kitchen Assistant or Cook.

3. Creativity and good interpersonal skills.
4. Organizational, anticipation, and follow-up abilities.

Entry-level experience in a luxury kitchen environment.

Consideration of night shifts is required for this position.
