1. Oversee the development of initial prototypes, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
2. Participate in fittings and document feedback.
3. Code and validate models in the PLM software, and create and update bill of materials.
4. Serve as a liaison with the fabric and components team, suppliers, studio, workshop, CAD, and production.
5. Monitor the dispatch of fabrics and components to manufacturing sites.
6. Assist in the launch of VIP orders.
7. Manage the budget for the Formal categories, including creation of purchase orders and invoice tracking.
8. Aid in the creation of various tools in preparation for fashion shows with the development team.
9. Contribute to the standardization of models with the production department.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion or Business (Bac +4/5)

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of PLM software is beneficial.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
6. Interest in men's fashion and product sensitivity.

1-2 years of experience in high-end ready-to-wear product development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion or Business (Bac +4/5)
