1. Oversee the development of the collection, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
2. Serve as the primary liaison with manufacturers, tanneries, the design studio, production, and marketing departments.
3. Conduct material research and procurement, and participate in the Lineapelle trade fair.
4. Participate in fittings with the design studio and assist with note-taking.
5. Code models and materials in the PLM software, and create and update bill of materials.
6. Coordinate component information and manage shipment tracking.
7. Manage and track invoices, and update the budget in collaboration with the product manager.
8. Contribute to the standardization of models with the production department.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or material purchasing within the leather category.

1. Strong product sensitivity with a keen interest in leather, fur, and exotic skins.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic, and a team player.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of PLM software is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or material purchasing within the leather category.
