1. Create and update product sheets in M3 ERP for Fine and High Jewelry items, detailing descriptions, weights, and compositions.
2. Assist in entering orders for Fine Jewelry and packaging, ensuring accuracy in references and quantities.
3. Support the receipt of Fine Jewelry pieces and packaging, resolving billing discrepancies.
4. Integrate weight data to meet customs requirements and archive invoices.
5. Coordinate the distribution of received pieces to Press, Marketing, or Logistics departments.
6. Address reception issues with warehouse teams and track deliveries with workshops.
7. Monitor specific orders and ensure timely fulfillment.

1. Enrollment in a Business School (Bachelor's or Master's level, in a gap year or final internship).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with M3 ERP is advantageous.
2. Strong teamwork capabilities.
3. Autonomous, meticulous, and dynamic with the ability to manage priorities.
4. Versatile with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
5. Curious and proactive in suggesting improvements.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
