Christian Dior Jewelry Development Project Manager

- Conduct technical analysis of designs with experts, assessing feasibility and developing specifications with Quality, Stones, and After-Sales Services prior to supplier briefing.
- Develop project timelines in collaboration with suppliers, aligning with standard launch timelines for development, industrialization, and production phases.
- Propose solutions to meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements while maintaining the aesthetic standards set by the Artistic Director of Dior Jewelry.
- Study and consolidate quotations.
- Coordinate projects with suppliers and the studio, including briefings, follow-up meetings, and optimization of development tracking tools.
- Facilitate aesthetic and technical guidance during development.
- Coordinate and inform internal stakeholders throughout the project, participating in production meetings, presentations to the Artistic Director, and product meetings with Marketing.
- Create references and process orders for J1 and J2 phases using M3 software.
- Proactively update the product database with technical data, including CAD files, plans, and nomenclatures.
- Develop the DNA of key product pillars.
- Supervise an intern.
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent qualification in project management.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Technical follow-up experience and knowledge of industrial jewelry manufacturing processes.
- Product sensitivity and organizational skills.
- Adaptability, autonomy, proactivity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
