1. Oversee processes, developments, and maintainability of IT systems within the infrastructure and application ecosystem.
2. Ensure operational continuity, performance, and security of services and infrastructures managed by Christian Dior Couture.
3. Provide technical guidance for IT projects and draft technical implementation and operational documents.
4. Implement configurations on equipment during scheduled operations, both during and outside of business hours.
5. Assist and advise users and other departments within the IT division.
6. Handle level 3 escalations and manage team requests.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, Aliyun) and operating systems management (Windows, Linux).
2. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure: storage (NetApp), backup systems.
3. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA) and infrastructure management and monitoring tools (Centreon).
4. Expertise in information systems security.
5. Proven product and project management experience.
6. Ability to analyze needs and draft technical specifications.
7. Task prioritization and backlog management skills.
8. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
9. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar IT systems role, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
