Christian Dior IT Project Assistant - Finance

- Implement Power BI reporting for various departments including Finance, Retail, and Architecture.
- Support departments in automating processes and providing dynamic reporting tools and dashboards.
- Enhance functional processes, improve analysis quality, and reduce manual intervention through reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Finance department and other sectors such as General Services and Architecture.
- Engage in process automation projects (RPA).
- Organize workshops and interviews to gather information and document target processes and operational rules.
- Participate in project realization and testing phases.
- Facilitate change management by creating communication materials and conducting training sessions for key users.
- Manage projects from inception to completion using agile methodologies.
- Assist the department manager and contribute to cross-departmental support creation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading engineering or business school or university.
- Strong motivation and interest in information systems and the luxury sector.
- Analytical skills and financial knowledge.
- Organized, meticulous, autonomous, and inquisitive.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration within the IT department.

Entry-level position; previous internship experience in IT project management or consulting is advantageous.
