1. Manage a team of internal and external staff, ensuring alignment with department and domain leaders.

1. Higher education degree
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT departments
3. Significant experience in implementing OMS, WMS, and TMS solutions

2. Proficiency in agile methodology
3. Excellent communication skills in French and English
4. Ability to manage Run and Support in a 24/7 context
5. Analytical skills for software architecture and implementation decisions
