1. Prepare mise en place for various dishes offered.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chef de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with the restaurant's procedures.
4. Participate in the creation of dishes based on instructions from superiors.
5. Maintain the cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
7. Ensure proper waste sorting and disposal.
8. Organize food storage in cold rooms or pantries.
9. Inform superiors of any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Kitchen Assistant or Cook.

1. Strong attention to detail and a highly developed sense of service.
2. Creativity, organization, and passion for culinary arts.
3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
4. Dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and a strong work ethic.
5. Excellent presentation, punctuality, and interest in the hospitality and restaurant sector.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury establishment.
