Christian Dior IT Finance Department Manager

- Lead the IT strategy for accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit domains.
- Manage the project portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and ensure governance within the department.
- Contribute to the deployment of SAP S/4 Hana and oversee major projects.
- Ensure the functionality and evolution of existing applications and manage functional changes, with L3 support responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with business units such as treasury, accounting, taxation, and audit, as well as other department managers.
- Supervise and support a team comprising two Product Owners, an internal System Architect, and 10 to 15 external consultants.
- Guarantee the quality of application support within the department.
- Oversee and manage the department's budget.
- Be responsible for SAP roles and authorizations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Lead major projects over the next 18 months, including FTM (financial flow related to eCommerce), OPEN TEXT (fiscal archiving), E-Invoicing/E-Reporting reform in France, and the Dior Pay project (enhancing in-store payments).
- Bachelor's degree +5 (engineering, business school, or university)
- Over 10 years of experience in project management and team leadership in a consulting firm or large enterprise
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and accounting and treasury processes
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
