Christian Dior IT Controlling Manager

- Lead the IT strategy for controlling and performance management domains.
- Manage the project portfolio, reassess priorities, and ensure governance within the department.
- Contribute to the deployment of SAP S/4 Hana and oversee major projects.
- Ensure the functionality and evolution of existing applications.
- Collaborate closely with business units such as controlling, finance, and audit, as well as other department managers.
- Supervise a team of approximately twenty individuals across five teams.
- Ensure the quality of application support within the department.
- Oversee the department's budget, including budget preparation, monitoring, and ensuring adherence.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management and team leadership.
- Expertise in SAP S/4 Hana, EPM solutions (Anaplan, TM1), and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field.
