Christian Dior Inventory Controller

1. Act as the boutique’s stock reference for all inventory operations: goods receipt, internal transfers, destocking and end-of-life management, loans, set‑asides and preparation for sales periods.
2. Perform and reconcile cycle counts according to the predefined calendar; investigate and resolve negative stock situations.
3. Ensure consistent implementation of internal control processes across the retail team and escalate compliance issues.
4. Support the retail team with operational needs: optimise stock layout, manage packaging and supplies orders, and coordinate equipment requests.
5. Manage labelling and re‑labelling of merchandise during price changes and seasonal transitions.
6. Supervise after‑sales service (SAV) follow‑up and liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer cases.
7. Maintain and apply the regulatory rules of the police ledger for jewellery and watch categories and advise sales teams on related procedures.

1. Minimum three years' experience in retail inventory, stock control or logistics — experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
2. Proven mastery of inventory management processes and stock management software.
3. Excellent presentation and strong affinity for the luxury fashion universe.
4. Highly organised, rigorous and responsive with strong initiative and autonomy.
5. Ability to apply regulatory procedures for high‑value jewellery and watch inventory.
