1. Manage daily operations of the support teams.
2. Oversee and execute monthly and weekly cycle counts.
3. Implement and reinforce standard operating procedures directed by the Corporate Office.
4. Train new hires and develop competencies in support functions.
5. Conduct research, justification, and incident reporting for known theft.
6. Act as a liaison between the Corporate Control and Accounts Payable teams for project follow-ups.
7. Monitor and analyze weekly exception reports, reporting directly to Inventory Control.

1. High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.
2. 2-3 years of related experience in inventory control or stock management.
3. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred.
4. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required by business needs.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
3. Experience with Power BI.

Minimum 3 years of related experience in inventory control, stock management, or a similar field.

High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.

Salary range of $30 - $35 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
