Christian Dior Inventory Control Supervisor

- Manage daily operations of the support teams.
- Oversee and execute monthly and weekly cycle counts.
- Implement and reinforce standard operating procedures directed by the Corporate Office.
- Train new hires and develop competencies in support functions.
- Conduct research, justification, and incident reporting for known theft.
- Act as a liaison between the Corporate Control and Accounts Payable teams for project follow-ups.
- Monitor and analyze weekly exception reports, reporting directly to Inventory Control.
- High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.
- 2-3 years of related experience in inventory control or stock management.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with Power BI.
Minimum 3 years of related experience in inventory control, stock management, or a similar field.
High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.
Salary range of $30 - $35 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
