1. Manage daily operations of the support teams.
2. Oversee and execute monthly and weekly cycle counts.
3. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures as directed by the corporate office.
4. Train new hires and develop competencies in support functions.
5. Conduct research and reporting for known theft incidents.
6. Act as a liaison between the corporate control and accounts payable teams for project follow-ups.
7. Monitor and analyze weekly exception reports, reporting directly to Inventory Control.

1. High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.
2. 2-3 years of related experience in inventory control or stock management.
3. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred.
4. Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
3. Familiarity with Power BI.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.

Salary range of $30 - $35 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
