Christian Dior International Visual Merchandising Communication Assistant

- Assist in the communication and project management within the International Coordination department of Visual Merchandising.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of the international Visual Merchandising strategy to ensure brand image consistency across boutiques.
- Draft and distribute strategic Visual Merchandising guidelines and other communication tools to international subsidiaries.
- Participate in the development and content management of the department's new digital application.
- Create internal communications for employees.
- Maintain relationships with product departments and Visual Merchandising colleagues in various regions.
- Support project management for collection launches in boutiques.
- Assist in organizing seminars and training tools for international Visual Merchandisers.
- Enrollment in a communication or business school.
- Previous experience in fashion or luxury is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to respond swiftly, stay organized, and work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and graphic design tools.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
