Christian Dior International Private Clients Assistant

- Assist the International High-End Clients Project Manager in daily operations to ensure the seamless execution of exclusive and bespoke orders, including post-show orders, Haute Couture, Haute Joaillerie, and Couture Leather Goods.
- Coordinate the preparation of events, including training sessions and morning briefings, and manage order administration through various tools such as mobile applications and back-office platforms.
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, from retail and client marketing to merchandising, production, and supply chain, to identify and address potential issues.
- Provide on-site support during Parisian events to facilitate order taking and assist markets in the order process.
- Maintain continuous communication with markets and business units to ensure effective order tracking and address any emerging needs by establishing guidelines.
- Centralize feedback to drive continuous improvement of systems and processes, and coordinate with the Training team to address identified training needs.
- Ensure data quality related to special orders by monitoring information accuracy, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program (BAC +4/5).
- Previous experience in marketing within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with numbers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to understand and navigate internal processes, including supply chain, logistics, merchandising, pricing, and information systems.
Beginner level experience, with a preference for candidates with prior CRM experience.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field (BAC +4/5).
