- Coordinate the operational organization of international events such as Fashion Weeks, global launches, and local activations in collaboration with partner agencies.
- Oversee inventory management and product order tracking across all categories, including Fragrances, Makeup, and Skincare.
- Plan and monitor the dispatch of gifts to subsidiaries and COMEX members.
- Manage influencer selection processes, including database updates and platform maintenance.
- Support the implementation of influence campaigns using internal tools, assisting project managers.
- Develop, update, and analyze strategic reports for top management and international markets.
- Collaborate closely with international subsidiaries to support the deployment of the global influence strategy.
- Participate in drafting creative and strategic briefs for agencies, ensuring project follow-through to completion.
- Design and distribute the monthly influence newsletter to internal teams.
- Conduct daily social media monitoring to identify new talents such as content creators, makeup artists, and photographers.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent).
- Initiative: Anticipate needs and be proactive in tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in follow-ups and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to process numerical data and produce concise analyses.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong relational skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with project managers and international partners.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of social media and digital platforms.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent).
