Christian Dior International High‑End Merchandiser (Internship)

- Coordinate global stock allocation and boutique assortments for High Jewellery and High Timepieces in collaboration with regional teams and corporate departments.
- Define stock rotation strategies and support event roadshows by preparing and communicating event assortments, pricing lists and display status.
- Manage replenishment launches, delivery priorities, stock splitting and follow‑up to ensure timely availability.
- Oversee the Event Catalog process: assemble event assortments, perform data quality checks and update stock status.
- Respond to regional requests including one‑to‑one client orders (OTOs), proposing suitable alternatives when necessary.
- Support repricing campaigns across euro and local currencies and handle ad hoc press requests for events or photoshoots.
- Work with Central Visual Merchandising to support event zoning and deployment.
- Analyse stock levels and produce forecasts to plan replenishment and improve stock quality (CQ).
- Coordinate regional stock cleaning and buyback processes and provide regular feedback to Marketing to refine assortment desirability.
- Contribute to HE business special projects (IT, product environment) and provide on‑site support during international and local events.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or holder of a Bachelor's degree (work‑study or internship track accepted).
- Fluency in English (mandatory) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical ability with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Previous internship experience in merchandising, luxury retail, or a related function is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams and to manage multiple priorities.

Entry‑level role suitable for recent graduates or current students; previous internships in merchandising, luxury retail or assortments preferred.
Business School enrolment or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), ideally with coursework or experience in merchandising, business or luxury retail.
