- Oversee the revenue management for High Jewelry and High Watchmaking, including deposit tracking and invoicing.
- Project monthly and annual sales forecasts by market.
- Conduct sales analysis and forecasting.
- Coordinate the launch of High Jewelry and High Watchmaking collections, including product briefs, stone meetings, volume validation, pricing meetings, and delivery tracking.
- Manage global stock distribution according to various needs such as roadshows, model stock boutiques, and regional allocations.
- Handle event-specific assortments and update selections based on sales and production outputs.
- Manage client requests regarding stock availability and market arbitration.
- Lead repricing operations for available stock in euros and other currencies.
- Update performance KPIs and sales support tools, including weekly reports, event flashcards, newsletters, and sales mapping.
- Support international events and contribute to showroom preparations, budget planning, and ad hoc presentations.
- Assist markets in implementing action plans.
- Degree in higher education (Master's level)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in numerical analysis
- Product sensitivity in the high-end sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
A minimum of 5 years in marketing or commercial roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
