1. Participate in various international retail projects under the supervision of the Retail Performance Director and Team Manager.
2. Contribute to the preparation and execution of deployment plans.
3. Facilitate communication between central and regional stakeholders.
4. Assist in the development of deployment tools and project presentations.
5. Monitor project implementation and report potential issues or improvement suggestions.
6. Conduct training sessions.
7. Report on project performance KPIs.
