1. Participate in various international retail projects under the supervision of the Retail Performance Director and Team Manager.
2. Assist in the preparation and execution of deployment plans.
3. Facilitate communication between central and regional stakeholders.
4. Contribute to the development of deployment tools and project presentations.
5. Monitor project implementation, addressing operational issues and improvement suggestions.
6. Conduct training sessions.
7. Report on project performance through KPIs.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian, Chinese, or Japanese is advantageous.
2. Interest in digital initiatives and early adoption of digital tools.
3. Experience in retail is valued.
