Christian Dior Intern - Celebrity Coordination Assistant

1. Track and compile media coverage for the Men's Celebrity division.
2. Prepare monthly celebrity reports with images of VIPs wearing Dior, categorized by event and market.
3. Create event-specific reports with images of celebrities attending Dior events.
4. Develop product-specific reports highlighting celebrities wearing key products throughout the year.
5. Coordinate gift operations for celebrity birthdays and product promotions.
6. Create documents and presentations for the celebrity team, including visual documents for events.
7. Manage gift stock inventory, updating entries and exits with associated occasions.
8. Receive VIP orders and allocate products to dedicated stocks.
9. Manage room setups for celebrities during fashion shows.
10. Coordinate calligraphy and delivery of VIP invitations.
11. Compile bio-data lists for VIP guests attending fashion shows.
12. Support celebrity relations logistics, including shipments and invoices.
13. Assist with garment alterations and boutique pickups.
14. Maintain organized VIP stock.

1. Education in communication, fashion, or similar fields.
2. Fluent in French and English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with Launchmetrics is a plus.
3. Discretion, organization, punctuality, and autonomy.
4. Team spirit and proactive attitude.
5. Interest in fashion products and the art world.
